Managing accounts payable workflow utilizing advanced technology working toward a paperless environment.
Creating electronic workflow processes for all Account Payable functions.
Establishing competitive credit terms and secure discount terms with vendors and subcontractors
Validating purchases by comparing and matching purchase orders, master pricing schedules, shipper tags, quotes, and terms of payment.
Responsible for organizing and selecting proposed bi-weekly company check runs.
Management of approval process for all subcontractor’s monthly progress billings
Audit all vendor and subcontractor statements reconciliation and maintains electronic files.
Develops weekly accounts payable dashboard reports to include key metrics for Executives use.
