A global solar and energy storage manufacturer is continuing its expansion and is looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the lead in delivering large-scale BESS projects. The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing complex utility-scale BESS projects from inception to completion. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, meeting budgetary and scheduling goals while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end management of utility-scale BESS projects.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary interface with customers, addressing concerns and driving solutions.
• Work closely with EPC teams to enhance project performance.
• Lead commissioning activities, manage site-specific requirements, and ensure quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector
• At least 3 years in a project management capacity, ideally with BESS or solar experience
• Solid understanding of BESS installation, construction planning, and labor estimation
• Proven leadership skills in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for effective decision-making
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• A background in electrical engineering or relevant technical expertise is preferred.
