Position Summary:

As the C&I Channel Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing regional and allocated accounts, cultivating business relationships within the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. This role will primarily focus on selling products to residential, small, and large commercial solar PV markets in the Western States.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, engage, and establish partnerships with potential partners and customers in key US Western Regional markets through various channels including cold-calling, networking, and attending tradeshows.
  • Strengthen and expand existing partnerships and customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer strategies and campaign plans, ensuring effective execution.
  • Provide regular reports to sales management on sales activities, pipeline development, forecasting, key account status, and market conditions.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including quoting, order processing, and post-sales support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Oversee sales processing workflow, including preparing reports and statistics related to regional sales.
