The Role

As Director of Sales, reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be in charge of expanding the Commercial & Industrial energy storage market. This pivotal leadership role focuses on driving the adoption of the company’s integrated Lithium-ion Battery Energy Storage Systems and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Drive efforts to grow market share in the C&I energy storage sector, targeting developers, EPCs, and installers.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, creating long-term business partnerships.
Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and support new partners with training and collaborative marketing strategies.
Market Expansion: Engage with developers, government bodies, and retailers to secure tenders, drive market development, and execute project rollouts.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering team and suppliers to deliver market-leading hardware and software solutions.
Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive channel and account plans, uncovering new growth opportunities.
