The Role
As Director of Sales, reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be in charge of expanding the Utility energy storage market. This pivotal leadership role focuses on driving the adoption of the company’s integrated Lithium-ion Battery Energy Storage Systems and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Sales Leadership: Drive efforts to grow market share in the Utility energy storage sector, targeting developers, EPCs, and installers.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, creating long-term business partnerships.
  • Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and support new partners with training and collaborative marketing strategies.
  • Market Expansion: Engage with developers, government bodies, and retailers to secure tenders, drive market development, and execute project rollouts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering team and suppliers to deliver market-leading hardware and software solutions.
  • Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive channel and account plans, uncovering new growth opportunities.
