Role The position will lead design, testing, and deployment of C&I and utility-scale battery storage. Systems level focus to scale the innovative cell technology in both indoor rack and outdoor container solutions.
Engineering design of system-level components, troubleshooting (hardware and software), customer interaction, and onsite system deployment
Lead projects from start to finish, encompassing all aspects of systems design, safety, quality, and aftersales support
Collaborate in all aspects of the hardware and software technological product development
Implement company values into the product design including source reduction and design for the environment concepts
Analyze existing deployed systems to improve and optimize the design to bring value to existing and future systems
Candidate requirements
Electrical engineering degree
Technical knowledge of energy storage systems and/or power conversion systems
Renewable energy, power, or EV backgrounds considered
Good leaderships skills
Experience in 3-phase systems preferred
Software engineering skills would be a bonus
Experience in product development preferred, but strong experience in project engineering or project deployment with an electrical engineering background will be considered
