The role This position will oversee employee relations, talent management, and HR strategy for a fast-growing division of 150 people.
Strategic Partnership -Align people strategies with business objectives while providing data-driven insights to leadership
Compliance & Relations - Resolve employee relations issues while ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
Talent Management - Oversee recruitment processes and workforce planning to address current and future talent needs.
Development - Manage performance programs and coach managers to enhance employee engagement and growth.
Leadership - Lead HR staff and processes while fostering a culture of diversity and innovation.
Requirements
5+ years in HR, preferably with some HR Business Partner experience
Experience in renewable energy
Ability to build close relationships and influence key stakeholder
Good knowledge of employment law and talent management
