The role
The IT Manager will lead a small team that manages IT operations, systems administration, and cybersecurity compliance. Responsibilities include:
IT Systems Management & Support: Setup, administration, troubleshooting of IT systems (networking, hardware, software), and timely resolution of internal support requests for various applications and platforms.
Cybersecurity: Enhance company cybersecurity protocols and monitor information systems, applications, and hardware for US/global compliance.
IT Asset & User Management: Manage IT assets and inventory, as well as employee onboarding/offboarding processes (hardware/software).
Software & Subscriptions: Manage software licenses and subscriptions, including assisting with due diligence for new software.
Network Infrastructure: Assist in managing and optimizing network infrastructure for performance and security.
Strategic IT Initiatives: Collaborate with senior management on software/hardware projects (e.g., ERP/CRM migrations) and the establishment of IT/cybersecurity protocols.
Requirements
5+ years in the IT industry
Strong experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Support for internal clients
Expert in Microsoft Windows operating systems, networking, desktop and laptop configurations, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Cybersecurity experience, with experience setting up firewalls preferred
Experience with ERP and CRM
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
