We are partnering with one of North America’s fastest growing cleantech manufacturers to hire multiple individuals for their ultra-modern facility in Burlington.

The company operates state-of-the-art facilities in Washington, Toronto, and soon South Carolina, producing best-in-class, US-made solar products through advanced technology and automated processes.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor with expertise in mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Covering Monday - Friday Night Shifts, you'll oversee equipment reliability, troubleshoot issues, lead preventative maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety standards. This role involves inventory management, continuous improvement projects, and working with external contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, modify, and repair mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Use tools and measuring equipment safely and effectively
Improve equipment reliability to reduce downtime and enhance efficiency
Support procurement of maintenance materials and services
Implement preventative maintenance programs
Investigate and resolve equipment failures
Manage inventory and align with budgetary requirements
Lead continuous improvement (CI) tasks
Select contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective project completion
Ensure safety and environmental compliance
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and robotics systems
Proficient in reading schematics and using Microsoft Office
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Experience with PLCs, industrial PCs, and electric circuitry preferred
Bachelor's degree in electrical technology, mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in a maintenance supervisory role, ideally in automated manufacturing
Familiarity with ABB robots and fabrication is a plus
