Over ten years of developing and manufacturing energy storage products globally. The team comprises over 600 dedicated professionals, including a research and development team of 150+ individuals. US operations are growing fast, with the company looking to expand rapidly over the coming years.

We're seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who can bring fresh ideas and a proactive approach to this relatively new US team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to step up and make a real impact on a team with a huge potential to be one of the more prominent renewable energy solutions providers specializing in cutting-edge solar battery storage system hardware and software. The incoming will play a critical role in nurturing valuable contractor partnerships, overseeing distribution networks, both direct and indirect, and leading a team of territory managers, with the focus initially on achieving sales as a sole contributor but quickly progressing into a leadership role as second in line to the currently Country Manager.
Responsibilities
Distribution and Indirect Channel Management: Execute a comprehensive channel strategy to expand the company's distribution network. Identify and evaluate potential distribution partners, negotiate contracts, and build mutually beneficial relationships.
Developing Elite-Level Contractor Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential solar contractors and installation companies for strategic partnerships. Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing initiatives, incentive programs, and sales strategies.
Achieving Sales Targets: Develop region-specific sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. Lead by example, engage in sales activities, conduct customer visits, and close deals.
Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Territory Account Managers. Set clear goals and performance expectations. Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer coaching, and support professional development.
