The role This position combines the strategic oversight of a Chief of Staff with the executional ability of a Project Manager.
Manage a portfolio of cross-functional internal projects across sales, supply chain, and service
Provide strategic advice and reporting on operations to executive team
Provide a bridge between HQ in China and local teams for special projects, escalated customer issues, and strategic alignment
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including vendors and partners
Champion operational excellence through process improvements, change management, and continuous improvement
Essential attributes
5+ years of operations / project management experience
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering product business
Proficiency in Mandarin and English
Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
Desirable attributes
Prior experience in managing VIP customers or leadership visit
Experience managing projects across sales, supply chain, and service disciplines
Experience in implementing new ERP systems, especially SAP
