Role
The position will be the champion for new product introduction, forming strong relationships with the engineering and executive teams, and leading key products from design to market including ESS, BMS and cloud software.
- Define requirements across hardware, software, and services.
- Convert product definition and strategy into R&D development and product release plans.
- Project management complex product development lifecycles.
- Drive product launches
- Build customer relationships to ensure market receptivity and early product adoption.
Requirements
- Experienced Product Manager in the energy storage market
- Background on commercial, industrial or utility scale ESS systems
- Experience managing products through the NPI process
- Ability to create product strategy
- Degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent
- Ability to work well with cross functional teams
