We are partnering with one of America’s most influential technology, energy, and advanced manufacturing companies to appoint a Project Developer focused on utility-scale solar PV, battery storage, and emerging powered land opportunities across North America.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious development professional to join a highly experienced team responsible for originating, evaluating and advancing major energy infrastructure projects.
Company Overview
Our client is one of the world’s most recognized technology and energy businesses, with established capabilities across advanced manufacturing, battery technology, energy storage and sustainable energy infrastructure.
Combining world-class engineering, significant financial resources and an ambitious approach to growth, the company is continuing to expand its energy project development and acquisition activities across North America.
As electricity demand accelerates, driven by electrification, AI infrastructure, data centers and industrial growth, the business is investing in the people and capabilities required to secure and advance the next generation of energy infrastructure projects.
The Opportunity
This position will support the development and acquisition of utility-scale solar PV, battery energy storage and powered land projects, with a particular focus on the Western United States, Southwest, SPP and ERCOT markets.
You will work across multiple stages of the project development lifecycle, from initial site identification and land control through interconnection, permitting, commercial evaluation and construction readiness.
Working alongside experienced developers and senior commercial leadership, you will also gain exposure to project acquisitions, due diligence and the growing powered land market.
The role offers a combination of hands-on development responsibility, commercial exposure and the opportunity to build a broader understanding of complex energy infrastructure transactions.
This could be an excellent next step for someone currently working as a Project Developer, Development Manager or Development Associate who wants to take on greater ownership within a highly ambitious organization.
