The role:
- Manage engineering projects from concept to completion as the primary technical interface with customers and sub-contractors
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, coordinate project activities, and ensure deliverables are met on time
- Develop single line diagrams and other engineering deliverables
- Work in close partnership with the Project Manager
Essential requirements:
- 4+ years background in electrical, controls or industrial engineering
- AutoCAD design experience
- Power or renewable industry experience
- Experience in project coordination or lead engineering roles
- Self-starter with strong customer facing skills
Preferred requirements:
- BESS experience
- Experience in controls and communications such as SCADA or networking
- Experience leading multiple projects concurrently
