We are seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Central region to play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with commercial clients aiming to develop their EV infrastructure. This sales professional will initially operate as a key individual contributor, with the potential to transition into a leadership role within the next six months.

The Role:
As the Regional Sales Director for the Central region, your primary responsibility will be identifying, closing, and maintaining customer relationships within your designated region or assigned segment. You will actively seek new opportunities for electric vehicle chargers, backup battery power, and related products. This role is crucial to the company's growth, requiring individuals who are collaborative, passionate about EVs, and adept at cultivating relationships with customers of all sizes. This position is primarily remote, based out of a home office, with regular travel to customer locations in Texas and surrounding states.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business with clients in the assigned region or segment.
- Conduct customer pitch meetings to qualify potential customers.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers to maximize wallet share.
- Utilize CRM and other tools to maintain accurate customer records and forecast sales pipeline.
- Lead RFP/RFQ responses, collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare reports for major customer meetings, trade shows, and other events.
