As the Regional Sales Director, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for their solar and energy storage products within the residential and C&I markets. This includes identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships in the state of California. You will join a well-established company with a robust financial position and a flat-structured, driven team set to grow significantly over the next two years.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively build and oversee relationships with installers to facilitate product procurement through distribution.
Actively pursue direct sales leads among installers EPCs across the state.
Conduct prospecting, market research, and collaborate closely with the product development team to tailor solutions customers.
Contribute to regular revenue forecasts and diligently review sales outcomes to ensure the achievement of established targets.
Ensure seamless account support by coordinating efforts with Sales Applications, Customer Service, and Sales Admin as needed.
Collaborate with product management teams to refine the product portfolio for the US market.
Forecast sales targets and report progress against those targets to senior management.
Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to enhance sales performance.
