The company has over 2000 employees globally and supplies to a wide range of industries which makes them robust in economic downturns creating high job security. They are a market leader in the US utility-scale solar market and has recently launched its US energy storage division with five years of global storage experience.

We are seeking two Sales Directors to cover the mountain and central states. The primary responsibility is to sell Solar PV and Engineer Storage solutions to the Utility market by collaborating with top EPCs and Developers.

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Identify and build relationships with purchase influencers in current and potential client organizations to position the company for bidding on new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales and business plans at key accounts, leading the tactical plan for projects at approved accounts.
  • Communicate opportunity forecasts and sales plans to Business Unit and Company management in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure the prompt and thorough creation and submission of commercial and technical proposals that meet client and business requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations at technical conferences, meetings with clients, or as necessary.
  • Effectively promote the company’s products and services as solutions to client needs.
  • Solicit leads and referrals from current and potential clients to maintain an active opportunity pipeline.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance, including reviewing proposals and specifications, and conducting product and service presentations.
  • Travel to client locations, both locally and regionally, to support sales opportunities.
The Candidate:
  • Five years of client-facing sales experience.
  • Two years of specialized sales experience in solar equipment or battery energy storage systems within Utility or C&I markets.
  • Proficient in reviewing client specifications and developing proposals.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
