One of the world's leading battery energy storage system manufacturers and integrators, with an established track record delivering large-scale energy storage projects across North America, Europe, Asia, and other international markets.
Known for its advanced technology, integrated energy storage solutions and strong engineering capabilities, the company has built a significant position within the global utility-scale BESS industry.
Following its successful stock market listing, the business continues to invest in its international operations, supported by substantial manufacturing capabilities, technical expertise and financial resources.
With a U.S. organization of about 50 employees already established, the company is entering another exciting phase of expansion, including developing a new commercial brand focused on accelerating growth across the American energy storage market.
This creates a rare opportunity to combine the entrepreneurial environment of a growing business with the backing, technology, and resources of an established global BESS manufacturer.
The culture is commercially driven, ambitious, and focused on delivering results, with significant opportunity for individuals to influence the company's growth and market position.
The Role:
We are supporting the appointment of both a Sales Manager and a Sales Director as the company continues to expand its U.S. commercial operations.
These are two distinct positions, focused on developing new customer relationships, securing major equipment supply agreements, and expanding the company's presence across the utility-scale battery energy storage market.
Both roles will work directly with renewable energy developers, independent power producers (IPPs), utilities, EPC contractors, and other major energy infrastructure customers.
The Sales Manager position will focus on originating new opportunities, building customer relationships, managing commercial pipelines and progressing BESS sales through proposal development, negotiation and contract execution.
The Sales Director position will carry greater responsibility for strategic accounts, complex commercial transactions, senior customer relationships, and helping shape the company's wider U.S. growth strategy.
Both positions offer significant autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with engineering, product, finance, legal, and senior commercial leadership.
With a new commercial brand being developed alongside an established American operation, successful candidates can make a meaningful contribution to the next phase of the company's growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities for utility-scale BESS solutions across the United States.
- Build and maintain relationships with renewable energy developers, IPPs, utilities, EPC contractors, and major energy storage customers.

- Lead customer meetings, product presentations and commercial discussions, communicating the technical and financial value of the company's BESS solutions.
