Our client is making a significant investment in its North American Utility-Scale Energy Storage business and is now seeking to appoint a Sales Operations Manager to support the next phase of growth.
This isn't a traditional sales operations role.
It's an opportunity to become a key member of the commercial organization behind some of North America's largest battery energy storage projects, working alongside Account Managers, Applications Engineers, Proposal Managers and Executive Leadership to help deliver complex utility-scale infrastructure projects.

Our client is one of the world's largest battery manufacturers and is investing heavily in expanding its Utility Scale Energy Storage division across North America.
Combining global manufacturing capability, advanced battery technology and a growing U.S. manufacturing footprint, the business is building a commercial platform designed to support utilities, Independent Power Producers, developers and EPCs as demand for battery energy storage continues to accelerate.
Having already established itself as a globally respected battery manufacturer, the company is now entering an exciting phase of commercial growth within the Utility BESS market.
A Different Type of Sales Operations Role
This role sits at the center of the commercial organization.
Rather than focusing on outbound sales activity, you'll help coordinate strategic opportunities from initial inquiry through to contract award, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience throughout the sales process.
Working closely with commercial, engineering and leadership teams, you'll support proposal development, manage opportunities within the CRM, coordinate internal resources and help keep major infrastructure projects moving forward.
It's a highly collaborative role offering exposure to every stage of the commercial lifecycle and an excellent platform for future progression into Key Account Management, Business Development or Commercial Leadership.

What We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with commercially minded professionals who can demonstrate:
Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Support or Bid Management.
Exposure to Utility Scale Energy Storage, renewable energy, electrical infrastructure or other capital equipment industries.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously.
Experience using CRM systems and managing commercial pipelines.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across commercial and technical teams.
