The role Key technical role within the rapidly growing North American BESS team.
Perform power systems modeling of power conversion system for BESS.
Plant-level modeling for BESS projects, primarily utility-scale.
Provide technical support for sales team and work closely with vendors.
Use a variety of power system modeling tools including PSCAD and PSSE.
The candidate
5+ years in electrical engineering; PhD degree preferred
Direct experience with modeling in PSSE or PSCAD
Experience in BESS projects advantageous, but any inverter-based resource is fine
Good communication skills to work with vendors and customers
