They are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to spearhead a team driving renewable BESS solutions. In this highly visible role reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will lead critical BESS project management initiatives to ensure their execution and operational success.
The role involves the comprehensive management of customer relationships, resolving issues, and negotiating solutions for product delivery delays and contract fulfillment. Collaborating across numerous teams, you would be required to define project priorities, meet scheduled milestones, and effectively coordinate resources for early-stage project development. You would also be required to lead project meetings, oversee commissioning activities, and determine site-specific requirements.
Managing customer communication, project schedules, inspections, and ensuring the projects remain within budget and schedule are critical expectations of the successful candidate.
