The role:
Oversee the full BESS project execution lifecycle taking ownership for the project and managing the customer.
Ensure project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards are in accordance with contract
Build and maintain customer, supplier and subcontractor relationships
Prepare schedules and milestones, and monitor progress
Allocate resources to the project efficiently and coordinate deliverables across different departments
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions to contractual agreements
Develop and implement quality control programs
Prepare progress reports
Manage project risk
Requirements:
5+ years of project / customer management experience
Utility-scale project experience within BESS, solar, wind, or power transmission
Track record leading large or complex projects
Excellent customer facing skills, able to handle challenging customer situations calmly
Engineering background preferred, or experience managing technical projects
