They are looking for a detail-focused Contracts Manager to join their team remotely and help fuel their fast-paced growth. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Service Growth, this role plays a crucial part in their services team. It involves leading the development and management of contracts in North and South America, acting as the main point of contact with their clients.
In this crucial role, the successful candidate will develop contract strategies that match the company's goals, overseeing detailed service contract databases and fostering teamwork between service and sales teams to improve how things run. They will dive into service terms, negotiate contracts, and take care of everything from creating contracts to finalizing them. They will also work closely with service and maintenance teams to create specialized long-term service agreements for solar and battery setups, making sure the prices are correct. They will also handle subcontractor agreements, warranty changes, and sorting out any disagreements that may arise. Keeping open lines of communication is important to help them stay ahead of potential problems, and this will be assisted by keeping all the contract paperwork organized in the company's database.
