We are partnering with a rapidly scaling, globally recognized BESS manufacturer to appoint a VP-level commercial leader for their U.S. business.
This is a senior, high-impact role within one of the fastest-growing battery storage companies globally, offering exceptional earning potential with a base salary of $220,000–$280,000 plus bonus.

Since launching in 2019, the company has scaled rapidly, delivering more than 30GWh of BESS projects worldwide and consistently ranking among the leading global providers by shipment volume.
The U.S. business is now entering a major growth phase. The team is expected to grow from approximately 40 to more than 140 employees over the next 12 months, supported by significant project wins and long-term investment in the market.
Alongside this expansion, the company is investing $100M into a new 10GWh manufacturing facility in Texas, strengthening its commitment to domestic battery production and positioning the business for continued growth across North America.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join a global BESS manufacturer at a pivotal stage of its U.S. scale-up.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s commercial strategy across North America, driving large-scale energy storage projects, developing strategic customer relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the U.S. organization.
You will work closely with senior global leadership and have the opportunity to influence how the business expands across one of the most important energy storage markets in the world.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Senior commercial experience within utility-scale renewables, battery storage, power equipment, or energy infrastructure
- Proven success selling complex, high-value technical solutions into utilities, IPPs, developers, EPCs, or strategic energy customers
- Prior exposure to BESS OEMs, integrators, or adjacent technologies
- Strong understanding of long-cycle, project-based sales environments
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and high-value contracts
- Ability to lead strategic customer conversations at the executive level
- Strong technical and commercial fluency, including RFP, proposal, and contract negotiation processes
- A track record of building trusted relationships across the U.S. energy market
Backgrounds in adjacent sectors such as solar, wind, gas turbines, power conversion, grid infrastructure, or critical power will also be considered where there is clear relevance to utility-scale energy storage.
