The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic sales leader who can drive market expansion, cultivate strong industry relationships, and lead the charge in growing the US business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact.

The initial focus will be on hitting sales targets as a sole contributor, but there is a clear path to leadership, with the incoming hire expected to step into a senior role, second in line to the current US Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribution & Indirect Channel Management – Develop and execute a robust channel strategy to expand the company’s distribution network. Identify key partners, negotiate contracts, and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Contractor & Installer Partnerships – Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with leading solar contractors and installation companies. Work closely with partners to co-develop marketing initiatives, incentive programs, and sales strategies.
  • Sales Growth & Revenue Generation – Own the sales process for the West Coast region, creating and executing region-specific strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and drive results.
  • Team Leadership & Future Growth – As the business expands, recruit, train, and mentor a team of Territory Account Managers. Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and build a high-performing sales team.
