We’re partnered with one of the most ambitious teams in the energy storage sector to find a high-caliber Business Development Analyst.
The team is looking for someone with genuine intellectual horsepower, a commercially sharp problem solver capable of operating across strategy, finance, market analysis, and business operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership on critical commercial initiatives, business planning, market expansion strategies, and investment decisions.
While passion for the energy transition is important, the ideal background does not need to come directly from the clean energy sector.
This individual could currently be working within:
Management Consulting
Investment Banking
Strategic Finance
Infrastructure Investing
Corporate Strategy
Energy Markets
Private Equity or Venture Capital
Equally, they may already sit within renewable energy, storage, or infrastructure platforms.
What matters most is the combination of:
Strong analytical capability
Commercial instinct
Executive-level communication skills
High ownership mentality
Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
You’ll support a broad range of strategic and commercial activities, including:
Financial modeling and investment analysis
Market research and competitive intelligence
Business case development
Commercial strategy projects
Executive presentations and strategic planning
New market and growth initiatives
This role offers significant long-term upside and exposure, with the opportunity to evolve into a future business leader within the organization.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience within consulting, finance, strategy, infrastructure, energy markets, or related environments
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel and financial modeling capability
Strong communication and presentation skills
Naturally curious with a bias toward ownership and execution
Interest in clean energy, infrastructure, or the energy transition
This is an opportunity for someone looking to move beyond a narrow functional role and step into a position with genuine strategic breadth and long-term growth potential.
