• Supporting proposals with technical layouts, drawings, specifications reviews, and risk assessments
• Reviewing and interpreting single-line, three-line, and DC schematics
• Identifying scope gaps, technical risks, and mitigation strategies across interconnection, permitting, engineering, and construction
• Advancing interconnection studies and supporting permitting processes
• Leading projects through development, construction, and commissioning phases
• Working closely with estimating, sales engineering, and construction teams to align technical and commercial strategy

The Candidate

• Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, Mechanical considered, Civil backgrounds must demonstrate strong hands-on electrical experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in design and construction of power generation projects, with emphasis on MV/HV substations
• Experience within utility-scale or C&I solar, battery storage, wind, gas turbines, or other power-intensive sectors
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, including single-line, three-line, and DC schematics
• Exposure to networking and SCADA systems highly preferred
• Experience leading or heavily supporting projects through development, construction, or commissioning
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment
• Strong self-awareness, accountability, and willingness to own decisions
