We are partnering with a rapidly scaling, globally recognized BESS manufacturer to appoint senior-level sales professionals across their US team. These are high-impact individual contributor roles offering exceptional earning potential, with base salaries ranging from $180k–$280k plus bonus.

Since launching in 2019, the company has experienced extraordinary growth, delivering more than 30GWh of BESS projects worldwide and consistently ranking among the top global providers by shipment volume.
In the US, the business is in a major scale-up phase. The team is set to grow from 40 to over 140 employees within the next year, driven by significant project wins. Alongside this, they are investing $100M into a new 10GWh manufacturing facility in Texas, positioning themselves at the forefront of domestic battery production.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth, innovation-led organization at a pivotal stage of its U.S. expansion. You’ll play a key role in driving large-scale energy storage projects while working alongside a globally respected team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years’ experience in utility-scale renewables, power equipment sales, or procurement
- Prior exposure to BESS (OEMs or integrators) is highly desirable
- Backgrounds in adjacent sectors such as wind, solar, or gas turbines will also be considered
- Demonstrated success negotiating complex, high-value contracts
- Strong experience managing technical RFP responses
- Excellent commercial and analytical capabilities
