The Company:
One of the top global BESS players, having deployed over 20 GWh of energy storage across the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Known for its cutting-edge technology, it offers highly modular systems powered by a proprietary AI-driven EMS. Their vertically integrated model includes in-house manufacturing of PCS, battery modules, and packs.
Recently listed on the stock market due to its strong track record, the company is financially robust and rapidly expanding, especially in the US, where joining the team now means becoming one of the first dozen employees with significant opportunities to grow into leadership. The culture is meritocratic, led by a high-performing team with deep industry expertise.
The Role:
Lead the build-out of the company’s US commissioning function across utility-scale BESS projects.
The Senior Commissioning Manager will build and lead the US commissioning team from the ground up, owning commissioning standards, procedures, documentation, team development, field execution, customer acceptance, and project handover across multiple sites.
This is a senior leadership role, but it will also require someone who is willing to remain hands-on during the early stage of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the direction of the commissioning function while still being close enough to the technical detail to support field execution, troubleshooting, and customer-facing delivery.
This role is critical to the company’s US expansion and will play a key part in ensuring safe, high-quality delivery across major BESS projects.
