This is a 12-month contract role, with a strong possibility of converting to permanent, created to strengthen and stabilise vendor management processes as the company secures multiple multi-million-dollar contracts running through to 2027.
The focus is practical and hands-on: tightening processes, ensuring data accuracy, and building effective working relationships with suppliers and vendors in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
This role has been introduced to shore up vendor management operations during a period of heavy commercial momentum. Processes and systems already exist, but the business is stretched — they need someone who can step in, adapt quickly, and raise the bar on execution.
You’ll take ownership of vendor onboarding, data integrity, and ongoing vendor coordination, while working closely with procurement, finance, and compliance teams. Over time, you’ll also help improve how systems and workflows are used day-to-day.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, data accuracy, and rolling up their sleeves in a business where no two days look the same.
