Headquartered in the United States, this business has built a fully integrated platform spanning hardware, software, monitoring, and analytics. This vertical structure delivers unmatched control, reliability, and optimization across utility-scale and hybrid energy storage assets.

Having already deployed projects in nearly every major European market, the company is now establishing a regional office in Frankfurt to support its expanding customer base. However, this role can be fully remote anywhere within the UK or EU.

With gigawatts of assets already under management and rapid global momentum, they are seeking a European Sales Director to lead commercial growth, build strategic partnerships, and accelerate adoption of their category-leading controls platform across the continent.

The Role

This position offers the opportunity to sell what is widely regarded as one of the most advanced energy storage and hybrid controls systems available today.

You’ll lead business development across Europe, focusing on developers, EPCs, and utilities, supported by a highly experienced technical and operations team in the US.

Working directly with executive leadership, you’ll shape market strategy, manage key accounts, and drive complex, high-value deals from initial engagement through to close, helping major players unlock the full performance and profitability of their energy storage portfolios.

The Candidate

Preferred: 5+ years of experience in energy storage, solar, or power equipment sales

Considered: Background in renewable or distributed energy technology sectors

Preferred: Direct EMS, BESS/Inverter Hardware, SCADA, or controls platform experience (hardware/software integration)

  • Proven success in complex, technical sales and multi-stakeholder contract negotiations
  • Strong understanding of energy storage market dynamics and project development lifecycles
  • Commercially driven, self-sufficient, and motivated by building something from the ground up
