The Role

The Project Manager will oversee multi-million-dollar projects across the Industrial Solutions division, acting as the single point of contact for clients from contract award through commissioning. This is an end-to-end project delivery role, coordinating internal engineering, manufacturing, and field service teams, as well as managing suppliers, EPCs, and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to specification, managing scope, schedule, and quality across complex industrial environments.
  • Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes.
  • Build strong client relationships, providing clear communication and resolving issues proactively.
  • Report on project performance, financials, and status to senior management.
  • Contribute to process improvements in project execution and business practices.

The Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
  • 3+ years’ project management experience delivering complex capital projects, ideally $10M+ in value.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, drives, motors, and/or industrial automation solutions.
  • Willingness to travel ~25% domestically and internationally for client sites, suppliers, and manufacturing facilities.
