We are partnering with a global innovator in clean energy technology, recognized for pioneering advancements in microinverters and residential energy storage. With operations in over 140 countries and a fast-growing US presence, the company is entering a dynamic new growth phase and looking to expand its North American sales team.

As part of this expansion, we are hiring two Regional Sales Managers to help accelerate revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships with installers and distributors.

With an established North American subsidiary and technical support hub based in Texas, they provide installers and distributors with reliable delivery and responsive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development: Promote a market-leading portfolio of microinverters, hybrid inverters, and energy storage systems across the US
  • Partnerships: Build strategic relationships with solar contractors, EPCs, distributors, and installers to expand product adoption.
  • Training & Support: Provide product training and commercial support to channel partners, ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Market Strategy: Analyze regional trends, gather competitive insights, and help refine go-to-market plans in a fast-moving sector.
  • Reporting: Deliver regular performance updates and pipeline reports to commercial leadership.

About You

  • 5+ years of success in solar, inverter, or energy storage sales
  • Strong relationships in the US solar contractor or distributor network
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on experience managing complex sales cycles
  • Confident presenting technical solutions and value propositions
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, evolving environment
