The role Sr. HR Manager will support several hundred staff and manage a team across two core areas. Planning:
Lead Strategic Talent Review.
Guide organizational structure decisions and changes.
Lead company-wide Performance Management.
Drive policy/procedure communication and changes to align culture and values.
Analyze corporate turnover; identify trends and corrective actions.
Guide group/function transfers involving leadership changes and multiple impacted members.
Lead RRP annual strategic planning and goal setting.
Establish, track, and analyze RRP KPIs.
Negotiate Master Service Agreements for outsourced services.
Labor Relations:
Manage Labor Relations issues for North American production sites.
Collaborate with Korea HQ on Labor/Employee Relations for all production sites.
Analyze Collective Bargaining issues and propose solutions.
Draft and review Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Assist in resolving labor disputes.
