This role requires someone comfortable navigating both the detail of CBP regulations and the broader coordination with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and legal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily US import customs clearance activities, ensuring compliance with CBP and other regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customs brokers and freight forwarders, managing performance and resolving issues.
  • Administer and maintain FTZ operations, including compliance, inventory control, and reporting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Bilingual: English/Korean required.
  • Experience managing third-party customs brokers or logistics service providers.
  • Experience with Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations preferred.
  • Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) certification is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive tasks through to completion.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
