The Role
As Senior IT Manager, you will lead the company's IT function during a critical phase of growth, modernization, and operational maturity.
This role is responsible for overseeing enterprise IT operations across infrastructure, cloud services, networking, end-user support, identity management, and business systems, while helping shape the long-term technology strategy that will support the company's continued expansion.
The position combines day-to-day leadership of a growing IT team with ownership of strategic initiatives focused on service improvement, cloud modernization, operational efficiency, and technology roadmap development. You will work closely with executive leadership, cybersecurity, and global stakeholders to ensure technology investments support both business objectives and future growth.

Responsibilities Include
• Leading and developing the IT team across infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and end-user support functions
• Developing and maintaining the IT strategy, roadmap, and execution plans aligned with business objectives
• Overseeing enterprise IT operations including Microsoft 365, cloud services, identity management, networking, and end-user computing
• Driving continuous improvement across service delivery, operational processes, and IT performance metrics
• Partnering with cybersecurity teams to support access management, compliance, and security initiatives
• Evaluating and implementing technology modernization opportunities across infrastructure and business systems
• Managing IT vendors, contracts, budgets, and technology investments
• Supporting a growing remote and field-based workforce across multiple locations
• Ensuring IT services remain secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with future business requirements
The Candidate
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership and people management responsibilities
• Experience leading enterprise IT operations across infrastructure, cloud, networking, and end-user services
• Strong experience within Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365 and cloud-based technologies
• Proven experience developing IT strategies, roadmaps, and operational improvement initiatives
• Experience supporting cloud migration, modernization, or digital transformation projects
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar standards
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and technology investments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and introduce structure, accountability, and process improvements
