The role We’re hiring for several solution engineering positions. For candidates with a background and interest in R&D, responsibilities can be adapted to be more product development focused.
Develop and deliver energy storage system solutions for the North American market
Engage directly with customers including integrators, IPPs, and asset owners
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across engineering, product, and R&D
Integrate customer needs into technical solutions and support commercial efforts
Identify new opportunities and support business growth initiatives in the ESS space
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrochemistry, mechanical, electrical engineering, or related field
5+ years’ experience in energy storage preferred (minimum 3+)
Strong understanding of the North American ESS market
Customer-facing technical experience required; presales experience a plus
Solid technical knowledge of energy storage systems; R&D or product development background a plus
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
