The role:

Define project requirements, standards, and deliverables; assign and manage technical team tasks to meet milestones.
Research and evaluate hardware/software solutions, supporting engineering decisions.
Lead technical and cross-functional meetings, coordinating with clients to drive projects forward.
Manage customer relations, ensuring contracts exceed expectations and enhancing technical value.
Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation while meeting timelines and budgets.

Essential requirements:

Experience managing or coordinating technical engineering projects for renewable, power, or energy equipment, at industrial or utility scale
Self-starter and team player
Excellent customer-facing skills
Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Strong ownership and initiative in managing projects and daily tasks with minimal guidance
