Responsibilities As part of the US accounting and finance team, this will be a fast-paced and varied position supporting various accounting tasks including:
Review sales contracts and issue revenue invoices and other sales related documents
Perform various reconciliations
Understand Fix assets and inventory management principles, and perform cycle count on inventory and fixed assets
Tracking and accounting for duty on import products
Perform month end close activities
Working with Headquarter in China to resolve IT issues and accounting issues
Support local employees on all issues relating to reimbursement and expenses
Support audit and tax preparation
Support quarterly and annual internal and external audits
Provide reports and analysis to support company initiatives
Manage AR aging’s accuracy and inform sales team on all coming due and past due invoices
Requirements
5+ years in accounting and finance
Degree in business, finance, or accounting
SAP experience
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Analytical, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in energy or manufacturing industries would be a plus
