Managing internal and external stakeholder expectations, especially during high-impact incidents
Defining and tracking technical KPIs (response time, resolution rate, MTTR, commissioning quality)
Driving continuous improvement in documentation, tooling, and service workflows
Supporting the development of training materials and SOPs to standardize team performance
Collaborating with field service, R&D, and asset management teams across the business
What You’ll Need
5+ years of experience in the solar PV, battery storage, or power electronics space
Strong technical grounding in inverter systems and PV plant operations
Experience managing technical teams in a high-growth or high-pressure environment
A customer-focused mindset with a track record of resolving complex service issues
A degree in engineering or a technical field (or equivalent field experience)
Comfort with national travel (~30%) and working in dynamic, evolving environments
Why Join?
