With a global production capacity of 90GW+ and utility-scale projects deployed across the US, the company is now investing in next-level service operations to match its North American growth.

The Role
The company is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead two key service teams within its PV inverter division: the Electrical Engineering Team and the Technical Operations Team. This role sits within the wider service function and will report directly to the Head of Service for North America.

You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening performance, optimizing technical support processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction across solar inverter operations. It’s a highly visible role requiring both hands-on engineering insight and strong leadership acumen.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and developing two teams: Electrical Engineering and Technical Operations
  • Acting as technical escalation point for complex inverter issues in the field
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder expectations, especially during high-impact incidents

  • Strong technical grounding in inverter systems and PV plant operations
  • Experience managing technical teams in a high-growth or high-pressure environment

  • A degree in engineering or a technical field (or equivalent field experience)
  • Comfort with national travel (~30%) and working in dynamic, evolving environments

Why Join?
This is an opportunity to take ownership of technical operations inside one of the most prominent clean energy companies in the world. You’ll join a company that’s scaling fast, building teams with purpose, and delivering technology that supports a global energy transition.

You’ll be part of a high-performing group, given the autonomy to shape best-in-class operations, and backed by a company that’s committed to innovation, growth, and leadership development.
