We’re hiring a Sales Manager to join a global power technology leader on track to hit $1 billion in annual revenue driven purely by Utility Inverter solutions that are 100% manufactured in the US.
This is a company that’s built its reputation by doing things the right way.
- Respected across the US energy market.
- A culture grounded in collaboration, respect, and long-term growth.
- Over 2,000 employees worldwide. Decades of grid experience. Zero layoffs in the last downturn.
Now, they’re expanding their North American commercial team and looking for someone who knows how to win in the utility-scale storage market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Selling Inverter and Energy Storage solutions into the Utility sector partnering with EPCs, Developers, and IPPs.
- Building and nurturing executive-level relationships to position the company for major bids.
- Developing account strategies, managing forecasts, and driving proposals that hit both client and business goals.
- Representing the company at technical conferences and industry events being the face of a trusted, respected brand.
- Acting as a technical advisor during pre-sales turning specs and requirements into real-world solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in client-facing sales, ideally within solar or energy storage.
- At least 2 years selling technical products to the Utility or C&I markets.
- Strong commercial instincts — you understand how projects get built and financed.
- A knack for technical storytelling: turning complex systems into clear value.
- The confidence to sit across from decision-makers and make things happen.
Why Join
- US manufacturing that meets domestic content incentives — not just words on a slide.
- A company that keeps its people promoting from within and investing in development.
- Rock-solid job security with a diverse industrial backbone.
- Competitive base salary, full healthcare, 20 days PTO, and strong bonus structure.
This is your chance to represent a brand that’s helping rebuild America’s energy backbone and offering the incoming Sales Manager a truly secure position for the years ahead.
Over the past decade, this business has proven to be a safe bet in a turbulent market and will provide the same consistent platform for success for whoever steps into this role.
