Design and deploy internal capital strategically, creating innovative financial solutions that enable storage projects while balancing risk and return.
Standardize financial products for large-scale storage projects, including term loans, construction financing, and structured investment vehicles, to make access to capital simple, predictable, and scalable.
Structure creative deals that maximize the impact of the company’s investments and accelerate adoption of utility-scale storage.
Collaborate with internal teams, including project development, engineering, and sales, to ensure financial solutions align with operational requirements and market demand.

What You’ll Do
Lead the full lifecycle of capital deployment, from identifying opportunities to structuring and closing innovative financial deals for customer-owned storage projects.
Develop and implement standardized financial offerings that increase accessibility and predictability for developers.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure capital deployment aligns with project execution and operational needs.
Maximize market impact by structuring deals that allow internal capital to unlock larger or faster project development.
Provide guidance on risk management, portfolio performance, and return optimization for deployed capital.
Who You Are
Experienced finance professional with 10+ years in project finance, banking, or private equity, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in structuring and closing complex, creative financial deals in the renewable energy or utility-scale storage markets.
Deep understanding of US energy storage and renewable markets, including regulatory frameworks (ISO/RTOs, FERC) and project development lifecycles.
Strategic thinker, capable of launching new financial products and structuring internal capital to scale adoption.
Global experience is a plus — particularly in Latin America, Europe, or the Middle East.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with high visibility and cross-functional collaboration.
