The role
Lead and drive the P&L for the renewable market segment, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sustainable growth and meet company objectives.
  • P&L Ownership: Manage and deliver on annual and semi-annual financial targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement short-term and mid-term strategic plans, aligning with company vision.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team to execute market development and order strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Product Development: Collaborate on product development, ensuring alignment with market requirements and engineering specifications.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to secure and execute projects.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Risk Management: Ensure effective risk management and compliance with company policies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and analysis.

Requirements
  • Experience owning a multi-million-dollar P&L
  • Good track-record in utility-scale renewable energy (large C&I scale may be considered)
  • Experience leading sales and/or project execution
  • Strong leader with experience as a manager of managers and ability to manage up and down
  • Able to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, multi-cultural organization
  • Open to background from manufacturer or customer (EPC/developer/utility)
