The role: Lead and grow the project management and service teams for the company’s fast-expanding US operations, scaling from 6 to around 30 staff within a year. Build and refine processes to deliver major EPC and OEM projects, including several multi-hundred MWh installations from 2026, ensuring long-term service excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Build, manage, and mentor the project management and service teams, scaling from 6 to 30+ staff in 12 months.
Lay down robust processes and operational frameworks to support long-term service agreements and large-scale deployments.
Lead the establishment of the LTSA project management function.
Oversee service delivery, safety, and field operations for EPC and OEM projects.
Act as the senior point of contact for project execution and service operations across the Americas.
Implement reporting structures, KPIs, and workflows to improve efficiency and ensure delivery excellence.
Requirements:
5+ years’ high-level experience in the renewable energy or power sector, ideally in BESS.
Strong leadership background, capable of managing both project management and service functions.
Engineering background.
Direct hands-on experience with batteries strongly preferred.
OEM background strongly preferred.
Proven ability to design, implement, and improve operational processes at scale.
Strong management style with the ability to balance technical knowledge and organizational leadership.
