The role Develop best-in-class suppliers and implement strategic procurement processes to support North American market growth and production expansion through the following responsibilities:
Analyze global supply chain for Li-ion battery cell materials and pack components.
Track and analyze North American federal laws/regulations impacting supply chain.
Monitor and report on supply chain developments and regulatory changes.
Develop standardized supply system flows based on North American battery market intelligence.
Collaborate with HQ to align purchasing/procurement strategies.
Benchmark local battery market and strategize for potential issues.
Identify and update North American supplier landscape.
