The Company
A market leader in the U.S. energy storage industry, generating multi-billion-dollar annual revenue and continuing to scale rapidly across utility-scale storage, power infrastructure, and advanced industrial products.

Fully vertically integrated across hardware, software, engineering, manufacturing, and deployment, all based in the U.S., the company offers a rare opportunity to shape products used across some of the largest energy projects in the world. The environment combines technical depth, speed, and high accountability, with significant ownership given to individuals who can translate complex market requirements into scalable hardware solutions.

The Role
As Product Launch Manager, Industrial Products, you will own the launch execution and commercial readiness of new hardware, software, and service offerings across a rapidly expanding industrial energy portfolio, including utility-scale BESS.

Sitting between Product, Engineering, Sales, Service, Finance, Compliance, and other internal teams, you will bring together multiple product roadmaps and turn them into clear, executable launch plans. You will not own the individual product roadmaps. Instead, you will own making sure products are genuinely ready to go to market on the date committed.

This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who is exceptionally organized, persistent, and comfortable driving people to action. You will track every dependency, chase down missing information, identify risks early, and ensure launch milestones are reached across areas such as quoting, contracting, documentation, training, commissioning, and operational readiness.

Direct energy experience is beneficial, particularly within B2B industrial products, but the strongest requirement is the ability to bring structure, urgency, and accountability to complex launch programs.

Responsibilities Include:
• Owning launch plans for new industrial hardware, software features, and service offerings
• Building and maintaining detailed launch trackers, milestones, dependencies, owners, and risk plans
• Coordinating multiple product releases and ensuring critical activities remain on schedule
• Driving products through commercial readiness milestones such as early access, bid readiness, quoting, contracting, commissioning, and operational launch
• Identifying missing information, blockers, and risks early and persistently driving them to resolution
• Ensuring Sales has the documentation, tools, training, warranty information, and commercial inputs required to take products to market
• Running regular launch reviews and providing clear updates on risks, ownership, timelines, and recovery plans
• Using tools such as Jira to manage complex workstreams, actions, and launch dependencies

The Candidate
• Strong program management, project management, product operations, product launch, or similar experience
• Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage large numbers of actions, dependencies, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Highly persistent and comfortable chasing information, escalating when needed, and ensuring actions do not stall
• Strong Jira experience and confidence using structured tools to manage complex programs
• Experience bringing a technical product, service, or feature to market is highly valuable
• B2B industrial product experience is particularly relevant, with energy, BESS, power systems, or infrastructure experience offering an additional advantage
• Commercially aware and able to understand what must be completed before a product can be quoted, contracted, commissioned, and operated
• Able to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities and timelines can change quickly
• Energy industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Willing to work from the office in Palo Alto, California

The team is open to candidates at differing seniorities, from earlier-career profiles with strong organization and drive through to more experienced P3/P4-level candidates. The priority is finding someone with the energy, persistence, and program-management capability to bring clarity and accountability to a complex global launch portfolio.
