The Role
As Sales Operations Director, you’ll be the strategic backbone of a rapidly expanding commercial organization.
You’ll work closely with executive leadership and sales heads to optimize performance across pipeline management, forecasting, pricing, process design, and CRM intelligence, ensuring the business scales with precision as demand accelerates.
Your mission:
- Build a data-driven sales operations framework to improve forecasting accuracy and deal velocity

The Candidate
- 8+ years in sales operations, strategy, or commercial excellence, ideally within renewables, energy storage, or industrial manufacturing
- Proven success in building scalable sales infrastructure within a fast-growing organization
- Deep familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Comfortable navigating high-growth, high-stakes environments where speed and structure must coexist
