Role Summary As Manager, Security, you will lead the Security organization to ensure the protection of company assets, with a strong focus on physical security, IT-related security systems, and risk management across large facilities such as data centers, warehouses, manufacturing plants, hospitals, and education campuses. You will drive the implementation of security strategies, oversee security systems operations, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead physical and IT security strategy across large facilities, ensuring protection of people, property, and assets
Define, plan, implement, and monitor security objectives and operations, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and other security technologies
Assess vulnerabilities and risks; provide strategic guidance and mitigation plans to business leaders
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to maintain compliance with corporate standards and audits
Manage security systems implementation, maintenance, and upgrades
Collaborate with global headquarters and local teams on security projects and initiatives
Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and first responders to establish response plans
Perform managerial duties including recruiting, training, mentoring, and performance management of security staff
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
10+ years of IT and security experience, ideally in large buildings such as data centers, warehouses, manufacturing plants, hospitals, or education campuses
1+ years of managerial experience
Strong expertise in physical security, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and security systems
Knowledge of risk management methodologies and compliance requirements
Strong analytical, conceptual, and process-oriented skills
