Role Summary
As an Engineer II, IT Planning, you will play a critical role in planning, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale IT systems to support large-scale manufacturing operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring stability, efficiency, and scalability of IT infrastructure—including servers, networks, databases, and related systems—across office and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and manage enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and equipment for both office and factory environments
Execute and track IT investment and operational budgets
Support contract and vendor management, including account setup and payment processing
Ensure stable operation and optimization of IT infrastructure—servers, software, networks, and databases
Identify and resolve system failures promptly and implement long-term preventive measures
Manage IT communication channels and issue escalation with corporate headquarters
Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports on IT incidents, project progress, and system performance
Oversee IT asset management, including hardware and software registration, inventory, and disposal
Support procurement of IT accessories and materials for office and production use
Lead or support system improvement initiatives, integration projects, and technology upgrades
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of IT experience in manufacturing, construction, or other large industrial environments
Proven experience in IT project planning, budgeting, and operations management
Strong technical understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases, and systems)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (spoken and written)
Experience with MES, SAP ERP, or production system projects is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across global and local teams
