The Role
As Utility Sales Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will lead the expansion of their utility-scale BESS business across North America. This is a high-impact commercial role focused on accelerating the adoption of the company’s integrated battery storage systems and software platform, while building long-term partnerships with the industry’s most influential stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Drive growth across the utility-scale energy storage market, targeting developers, IPPs, utilities, and EPCs.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and own relationships with key accounts, unlocking multi-year business and repeatable project pipelines.
Market Development: Position the company’s next-generation BESS platform with decision-makers, secure tenders, and expand visibility across priority markets.
Channel Enablement: Identify and support new partners through training, technical workshops, and collaborative go-to-market strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and commercial operations to deliver market-leading hardware and software solutions.
Account Management: Develop robust account strategies and pursue new revenue opportunities across core and emerging territories.
